Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a tournament?

No. This is a recruiting event only. There is no "winner" declared.

How many games does each team play per day?

Each team will play (3) one-hour games each day.

How many college coaches will be attending?

Although we do our best to get the college coaches to register before attending our event, it has proven to be a difficult task. Therefore, it is very difficult to know who and how many coaches will be attending. The registration list from the previous year has proven to be a good reference point.

What time do the games end?

Typically, games will end no later than 5:00 pm depending upon the weather. It is our goal to have all teams with significant travel finish at 3:00 pm. Please note, this is not a guarantee.

What is your weather policy?

Our weather policy appears on our website under "weather policy." Please reference before participating in our event.

Are there trainers available?

Yes. There will be a trainer located on each field wearing a bright colored vest. There is not a central "trainer station."

How far is the airport from the playing fields?

Baltimore Washington Marshall International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the playing fields.

Are there divisions?

Yes, there are "A" and "B" brackets. Our goal is to have each team play (2) games within their division and (1) game outside of their division.

How do we handle waivers?

The waiver form is located on our website. Your team coach is responsible for handing them in on the day of your games as a team.

How do we register?
